Done as an Academic Project, the task was to redesign the interface of the Enquiry Kiosk called as Passenger Operated Enquiry Menu operated by the passenger. This system is installed in all the major stations of India to assist the user during reservation in the train regarding Availability of seats, Train Fare etc. The work involves the user research, problem identification and later overall designing of new screenshots of the system.
